I have generated an AnnDataSet object from the fragment files following the multi sample pipeline. I have clustered my samples and I am interested in doing differential expression for the motifs between the clusters.Is it possible to add the filtered_tf_bc_matrix file to my object so I can do this? For my project I do not need to do peak calling.
