I think we want to be using docker stacks and distributed application bundles. In any case, we need to somehow set up dynamic deployment pipelines so we can instantiate notebook docker instances when someone logs into the site. @philkuz You mentioned some fancy port forward-fu with nginx, how would that be implemented?

We can use Vagrant docker
