Warez Scene means https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Warez_scene

Usually scene people work on the edge between piracy and hackers. Sometimes scene groups have hackers in their teams. They can be in contact with crackers who releases cracks and key generators for games and soft.

Classics of the scene genre if "The Scene" (2004) https://www.imdb.com/title/tt2201890/

why does there need to be a whole section for only one work? I'd say there should be a minimum of at least five good entries needed

There's at least twelve series listed on textfiles:

http://audio.textfiles.com/shows/TV/

Show t Description
BROKENFLOPPY   The Broken Floppy
DOUGTV   Doug TV (2004-Present)
FROMTHESHADOWS   From the Shadows
HACKINGILLUSTRATED   Hacking Illustrated
INFONOMICON   Infonomicon TV
NEXTBOX   Nextbox TV
PACKETSNIFFERS   The Packetsniffers
PUREPWNAGE   Pure Pwnage (2004 - Present)
SEANKENNEDY   Sean Kennedy TV (Censored)
TEHSCENE   Teh Scene (Parody of "The Scene")
THESCENE   The Scene
WHITESWORD   Whitesword TV

Also trying to track down an very obscure podcast done by Def Weezer (aka Def Kaiziti) that was doing a machina style podcast released on a website and itunes around 2007 with a very edgy cyberpunk flair about an AI and human operator that lived in a hacked satellite and broadcasted messages down to earth as sort of counter culture / anti-fascist radio show. Think it was called Hack.Tv but not the same one by BinRev zine.

Those aren't all warez scene related, The Broken and Pure Pwnage definitely aren't.
