Refresh contacts list when it has been open for a while

If the contacts list is open, and a contact is changed, that contact does not get updated again until the user clicks on the contacts icon once more, generating a refresh of the contacts list. This should happen at least periodically when the contacts list is open, and, ideally, whenever a markdown file with type: contact changes.
