Does any modifications to the config.json file result in it being reloaded in the service automatically?

I started the juttle-engine as deamon as per the instructions in the readme:

$ juttle-engine -d -o juttle-engine.log

However, observed that there is no .juttle/config.json file present in the folder. So, created one with some adapters defined inside it.

Now, how to restart the deamon so that it can reload the config? (and later, if needed how to stop it?)
