After some source code is added the module-info must be set up and then the moditec build step needs to be re enabled too.

Blocked as com.opencsv is no mule:

package com.opencsv is declared in the unnamed module, but module com.opencsv does not read it

Sormuras suggested to go 100% or 0% module, so I went for 0 atm.
