a sample in a flatpak

This looks great so far! I'd love to see a sample combined and distributed via flatpak, just like Mono Develop. I'd like to know what the minimum flatpak would look like that supports this.

I just made a presentation about flatpak where I distributed a gtk app build with rust. This should be very similar, except with the mono dependencies.
