Linking data from RedCap to Cognition.run

Hello,

I had a question in regard to joining data together from Cognition. Our lab recruits participants and collects their data from our initial screener form on RedCap. I would want to link our participant screener data with data from a task that is run on Cognition. Does Cognition provide a unique link for each participant in order to ensure that each participant's data from the screener corresponds to their data from the task? If not, are there any ideas to this issue?
