Todos on site:

  • finalize the number of participants - 100
  • get the number of rooms, incl. projector, will be sent by maibornwolff
  • what do we need, chairs, beer benches, ... not needed
  • dishes to be rented? or just serve wraps and alike
  • who will be onsite from maibornwolff and be in charge? exchange contacts
  • aligning opening times and closing times (esp. Friday evening), morning 8:00, close doors 22:00 Friday; 18:00 Saturday
  • maibornwolff allows us to take pics in the location
  • lanyards provided maibornwolff
  • drinks "management", delivery etc. - possible, we manage our drinks separately
  • wheel chairs accessibility given
  • microphone available
