Scope

Dialnet is one of the largest bibliographic portals in the world, whose main mission is to give greater visibility to Hispanic scientific literature. Focused fundamentally on the fields of Human, Legal and Social Sciences, Dialnet is established as a fundamental tool for searching for quality information. Dialnet is a cooperation project that integrates different documentary resources and services:

• Hispanic scientific content database. Currently we can find in Dialnet magazine articles, books and articles from collective books, conference proceedings, doctoral theses, reviews of other publications in Dialnet...
• Bibliographic alert service that disseminates, in an updated way, the contents of Hispanic scientific journals.
• Hispanic virtual newspaper library of an interdisciplinary nature, although with a predominance of journals of human, legal and social sciences.
• Deposit or repository of access to full-text Hispanic scientific literature, with a clear commitment to free and open access to it, joining the Open Access movement.

Besides, Dialnet Métricas (Dialnet Metrics) offers profiling both for journals and researchers.
