Sony Dualshock 3 With Official Drivers is not Detected (Windows)

Quick summary

Can't configure my Sony Dualshock 3 controller with official Sony Drivers Installed. My Dualshock works on Steam and Duckstation.

Information needed:

• Windows 10 22H2 (10.0.19045)
• NVIDIA Geforce 3060 RTX Laptop // AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics // 16 GB RAM // Sony Dualshock 3 (Sony Driver version 3)
• Tested 0.62 and 0.63

Issue Details

-I connect my Dualshock 3 via USB (not Bluetooth).
-I boot up Play!
-Go to Options -> Controller Manager
-Try to configure my controller but Play! does not detect any of my Dualshock button presses when I try to change the default keybindings
