On original JVS boards found in 2x6 games dip switches existed to change the games output to 480p which in-turn would address the flickering screen for non-crt televisions. Can these dip switch settings be added to Play!?

While this would be a useful to emulate, there are some games that can only run at 15khz otherwise they either ignore that dip setting or refuse to boot (e.g. Time Crisis 4, I recall, is one of those games but I have yet to test this dip setting on a cab I somewhat have access to).
For all games that can only run at 15khz, they could be deinterlaced through post processing.
