External links don't work

I see this when I try to click on a link from a wiki:

Refused to frame 'https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Configuration_settings' because it violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-src 'self' https://*.mydomain".

In case anyone winds up here by Googling: right-clicking and clicking "Open in New Tab" works in Chromium, but not middle-clicking.

Sandstorm blocks links from navigating the frame away from the current host by using CSP (and that's the error you're seeing). Mediawiki allows you to be embed arbitrary links in your wiki, and we need to add target="_blank" to all of them.
