load SNES core and load Super Street Fighter II (Europe) ROM
after a bit, quite the SNES core
go to Capcom CPS2 core and load Super Street Fighter II The New Challengers (World ...) ROM
start a match and see how the the 1/3 portion to the right side of the screen is glitchy with semi transparent ( or fast swapping between the sprites that should be drawn and other sprites/shapes ). Then lose the match and see how the game over screen shows other weird sprites in the same rightmost 1/3 portion of the screen.
turn off the Analogue Pocket completely and turn it on again.
go to the Capcom CPS2 core again and load Super Street Fighter II The New Challengers (World ...) ROM again.
start a match and observe previous glitches are still happening.
Steps to get out of the glitchy state:
either:
go to Capcom CPS2 core and load another ROM that is NOT Super Street Fighter II The New Challengers (World ...). Just load some different enough game, not just a different region or so, load a completely different game.
go to the Capcom CPS2 core again and load Super Street Fighter II The New Challengers (World ...) ROM again.
start a match and observe how the described glitches are NOT happening anymore.

___ Initial non-formal description and detailed video with multiple steps/tests: ___
I reproduced a very weird interaction and glitch state in a CPS2 game running on the Analogue Pocket. I say weird because this happens only after loading a similar ( the same game that was ported to the SNES ) game on the SNES core. The video is quite long but first 5 minutes or so may be enough to get the idea ( however, I do further steps and explanations so that a more nuanced grasp can be obtained ) and I add my - vague - hypothesis from 34:00 to the end.
