getnelson/nelson seems to be abandoned

Hi there,

While looking for tools to support GitOps in Nomad I stumbled upon your listing of getnelson/nelson.
Looking at that project's repository, it seems like there hasn't been any activity in the past two years.

If it is abandoned, then it would make sense to remove it from the list.
Thanks for maintaining this resource btw.
