Describe the bug

I've installed desktop draw.io 24.0.4 on a new Windows 11 laptop, and it fails to restore the collapsed title bar. I have to manually collapse it every time.

Screenshot318

The same version works as expected on my Windows 10 laptop. I tried to copy over the entire directory %APPDTA%\draw.io to the new laptop, but it still won't work. Is there any tweak for this behavior?

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Click the Collapse/Expand button to collapse the title bar.
  2. Exit draw.io.
  3. Open draw.io again.
  4. The title bar is still shown.

Expected behavior

The title bar should be collapsed, adopting the last-exit state.
