Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like to export diagrams as WebP images via the command line interface, but it's currently only possible through the GUI.
The CLI supports these formats only: pdf, png, jpg, svg, vsdx, and xml

Describe the solution you'd like
draw.io.exe diagram.drawio -x -o image.webp to work

Additional context
Exporting to WebP via the GUI was recently added: jgraph/drawio#553

It's not possible to generate Webp images from electron
electron/electron#42034
