Describe the bug
With Appearance set to Dark, the horizontal and vertical sliders are not visible, unless you mouse over them.

To Reproduce
Open Draw.io for desktop (currently 23.0.2 but issue has been present for a long time).
Set Appearance to Dark.
Look at the screen and observe the sliders are not visible.
Mouse over one of the sliders (when you can find it) and observe it is now easily visible.

Expected behavior
The easily visible sliders when moused over should be visible without the need to mouse over them.

Screenshots
First image shows the application open with a blank document. The sliders are not visible.
