Pause after 3 fades

Hello ,
I'm a bit of a newbie , and I need some help

I'm trying to make a lighthouse light.
I want to light up a led and fade it in one second and that 3 times in a row.
then I want a pause for 3 seconds and restart the 3 fading sequences .
I have managed it but without the fading.
