Generate PR comment from published buildinfo

Describe the solution you'd like to see
I will like to have the ability to generate a PR comment from a published buildinfo. This is useful for unsupported languages like cpp.
The solution should allow the invocation of frog it either using the GitHub action or using directly the frog it binary and receive build name and the build number. This would connect to analysis already generated by X-ray and just display in nice format the results in the PR.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Leverage the xray API to retrieve all of the results and parse that into a GitHub Actions PR. Not sure if there is an easier alternative that will provided a pretty output like the one of this tool.
