FILE is not a recognized excel file

Hello,

I read the paper SCOUT: Single-cell outlier analysis in cancer. I am using my own single cell dataset to do analysis. I input the file.csv into SCOUT, and it runs well. However, when I used the scout-violin to do plot. I input the same file file.csv in "Load raw data file" option. It reported the error: " File is not a recognized excel file".

Additional info: I installed the SCOUTS in mac. The installation did not report any errors and I also see active SCOUT- Violins interface.

Could you also please offer small example dataset for in https://scouts.readthedocs.io/en/master/faq.html#errors-when-starting-scouts website tutorial ?
