Support for Rome: Pathway to Power (aka Rome: AD 92) #3

Rome: Pathway to Power uses the same basic engine as Robin Hood. RobinPacker should be expanded to add support for Rome.

This will probably have to wait for the ScummVM ROBIN engine implementation to be complete, so that we know all of the differences between engines.
