Mouse gets stuck when leaving parent container

Hello! Could you help me solve this problem.

The mouse gets stuck when leaving the parent container, and until you click back into the container it will continue to drag the canvas back and forth even if the mause button is not pressed.
And it would be better if the dragging of the container does not stop after the mouse leaves the container or browser space if the mouse is still pressed.

Is it possible to implement this?
