Transparency leaves tracers

Thanks for taking the time to prove to me that three.js apps will work in electron, you have instilled confidence ! Thankfully my app does not require transparency because there seems to be a rendering glitch with this (which is removed when I set transparency: false). I am working on Ubuntu Gnome 16.04.

Though not important to me, it would be interesting to hear if you have any ideas as to why this happens.
