I have this installed on all of my DCs [using prepackaged installers], after installation, I created and populated opfcont.txt, and then rebooted each DC. I double checked that the service was running on each DC, but it is still allowing users to set passwords using strings I have in opfcont.txt. The path I have set for the dictionary files is: c:\Program Files (x86)\OpenPasswordFilter\OpenPasswordFilter\ - which is where the service executable is located. I am getting some blocking, but I think that might be based on rockyou and other pre-populated lists. Am I missing something stupid? Thanks!

We have the same issue, and found that the only used opfcont.txt / opfmatch.txt is the one found in c:\Windows\SYSVOL\domain\OPF
