The new multiple reports feature seems to have introduced a bug. If cucumber is called without the reportTitle parameter twice in the same job, two report links show for the job, but both are broken. The report page returns a 403 access denied.
Adding the reportTitle parameter to the call fixed the issue.
I don't know what the 'old' behavior was when calling cucumber twice, and did not get any significant debug output for you, but the bug should be relatively easy to reproduce.
