Two years ago, Iran changed their DST (we don't have DST anymore) resulting in Jellyfin Tizen and Windows client clock being off by an hour every six months, despite the actual client time being correct. This affects Jellyfin's Ends at and client clock time.
Reproduction Steps
I tested it with clients on Tizen, Windows, Web and Android. The Web and Android client works fine but Tizen and Windows time is wrong.
Jellyfin Version
10.9.0
