The browser's hotkey for switching tabs scrolls the video

Describe The Bug

I very often use in my browsers hotkeys "ctrl + PageDown" and "ctrl + PageUp" for tab switching. Sometimes i have to do that when i watch something in Jellyfin. But if Jellyfin is in fullscreen mode (does not matter, if i made the player fullscreen by pressing "F" or the browser by pressing "F11"), Jellyfin will process "PageDown" and "PageUp" and will scroll the video.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Go to fullscreen mode by pressing "F" for the webplayer or by pressing "F11" for the browser
2. switch tabs by pressing "ctrl + PageDown" or "ctrl + PageUp"
3. observe the result

Expected Behavior

The webplayer should have ignored these hotkeys.
