Country list not shown in modal #2

Country dropdown list appears on text change when component is shown on a page.

Issue is when component is included on a Bootstrap modal window, select list does not appear as text is typed in the select input. Bootstrap sets the modal popup with a z-index of 1050. Presumably the select list has a lower z-index.

Any updates on this? Coming across the same problem. Is there a temporary workaround?
