Enhancement: add plots with request counts to particular spring methods, sql and http request

There is only one type of plot for particular spring methods, sqls and http requests: mean times plot. However it's often needed to see request counts for them on the per minute basis as well.

Hi Emerik! Sorry if this little flashmob looked offensive for you, we didn't wanted it this way :) Just wanted to show that even after a year for our company (and I believe for many others) this feature is important. And yeah probably soon we go international, so the term "all Russia" is a bit redundant and irrelevant.

Just want to add that we greatly appreciate your effort in JavaMelody, we believe that it is one of the coolest parts of our stack, we love it. Thx!
