steps:

  • listen to timezone boundary releases -> trigger
  • create new branch
  • run make data: runs the the parse_data.sh script
  • create new entry in changelog
  • run pre-commit hook
  • commit files
  • raise Pull Request
  • automatically merge if pipeline is running through

open question: can it all be integrated in a CI/CD pipeline?
