Scrolling through Track Lists with 2 Finger Scroll on Laptop is too fast #188

When scrolling through a list of tracks on a laptop with 2 finger scroll the list moves at incredible speed making impossible to find anything.
Making the scroll on PC faster (maybe?) and reducing the time for the scrolling to stop would make searching tracks much more enjoyable.
After starting noson there is a 50% chance that there are no services to select thus having to restart to play something.
