Support Character Columns with a Length Greater than 256 #4

I updated the getFieldLength() method in DbfField class with the following to fix.

public int getFieldLength() {
if (dataType == 'C' && decimalCount > 0) {
return fieldLength + (256 * decimalCount);
}
return fieldLength;
}
