2 questions...

  1. From jack audio.org :
"Currently Jack for Windows only supports 32-bit applications, but a new version is currently being tested that supports both 32-bit and 64-bit audio applications. If you are working with 64-bit applications then contact the Jack Developers list for more information."

Does this mean I can run Jack for Windows on a 64 bit OS as long as it's passing audio from/ to 32 bit application (we're using W10 64 bit)?

  1. This might seem silly but would I run/ install jack independently of my application's installer on target systems or is the idea of jack to embed the it's code within ours & build it as one?

If there's a better venue for these questions please let me know. Thank you reading and for any input you might have for me.

Alex

Hi @trebmuh
I checked out that link & I don't see anything for Windows users other than signing up for the mailing list. Were you implying that I should sign up for the list?
Kind regards,
Alex
