[Bug] tmp file not getting saved while using -f exported_file.json

Describe the bug

tmp file not getting saved while using -f file.json .
so it can't resume the download.

To Reproduce

tdl dl -f file.json -d ~/some_path --continue
Ctrl + c to stop
ls ~/some_path
Voila no tmp files

Expected behavior

It should retain those files
