IPython version 3 supported? #118

IPython version 3 has just been released. Will vim-ipython work with this version or should I just stick with the old one?

Any advice appreciated.

I could not get it to work with ipython 3.0.0,

Seeing similar results with IPython 3.1.0. Running the IPython command in vim results in the following
Could not get PID information, kernel not running Python?.
