[BUG] If there exists a link to a page from a property field, the results from that page show up as raw markdown.

Lets say we have pages B, Obsidian and Apps. If the page Obsidian has a property parent: [[Apps]], then all of page Obsidians mentions of Apps will wont be rendered properly in the Apps linked mentions. Below is an image to illustrate:
