Error 502 sometime

Hi,
I'm running a server on a raspberry Pi running Openmediavault. I'm having the error 502 sometime about 1 time or 2 a day, I need to restart the Nginx service and the php5-fpm service to clear the error on my domain. I have check everything on my server but I really don't know what is making my server crash. If someone can help me. Here my PHP info, https://torrent.apktorrent.com/info.php
