Issue with classloading and the Mondrian driver.

Can the LocalManagedConnectionFactory set the thread context classloader for more interactions with the driver/datasource, in particular when getting the connection? This would help us address an issue with the Mondrian driver - https://issues.jboss.org/browse/TEIID-4617
