Older versions of IJ use ant as build system.
We need to configure Travis to build PRs on 1.2 and 1.3 branch using our ant tasks, or disable it on those branches.

I've enabled option "Build only if .travis.yml is present" in Travis config, it should disable build for older branches, since they haven't this file
