There are different types of testing tools available for testing a react application some of them are

• Cypress
• Jest
• React Testing Library
• Mocha

• Cypress is a JavaScript end-to-end testing framework that makes it easy to set up, write, run and debug tests in the browser. It comes with its own dashboard that gives control over the status of our tests, and, because Cypress works in the actual browser, you can use the browser’s dev tools side-by-side.

• I think we can start using cypress as it is easy to start writing tests as we write tests in javascript as it is free.

• Cypress docs are easy to understand anyone can get easily get into it if they had some javascript knowledge

• They have a list of examples where we can look into it and get started easily (https://docs.cypress.io/examples/examples/recipes.html#Fundamentals)

Hey @sridhar02, thanks for the efforts, I've been busy with refactoring the code lately. Please give me some time, I'd love to explore the framework you suggested. It's quite interesting, Thanks for the suggestion.

hey @sridhar02 the code base is stable now, and i think we can work on automation testing. How do you suggest we can take this forward to next step.

we can add cypress to project and write tests for every UI interface one by one using cypress.

I will implement this weekend , the basic cypress setup,run commands and some sample test cases.
