User interface improvement : risk scenario table with long list of applied controls

Problem statement
In the table containing all the risk scenarios for a risk assessment, whenever a scenario contains a lot of applied controls (or threats), the entire list is shown. It is not that user friendly as it requires the user to scroll down all the way down to reach the page selector.

Idea
After a certain number of element in the list, make the list scrollable inside the table.
