Improvement: Tracepoints views

Make the create/list/delete tracepoint actions more user-friendly.

Describe the solution you'd like
Delete should not need an extra button click.
Create should integrate with the run query button if possible.
List should be more reliable.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Essentially simplify and improve the user feel of creating tracepoint.
