High energy usage #344

It seems that whenever I open my IDE to edit solidity files, the energy usage just goes through the roof.

I'm on a MacBook Pro M1 Pro chip and it would get so hot after like 15-20 mins. Is there a way to profile the energy usage used by this plugin?

could you check this issue on the latest 2.4.4 version? there is a major performance fix there.
