"Command" box in the run configuration menu breaks when pasted overflowing text

Environment

• IntelliJ Rust plugin version: 0.4.200.5421-232
• Rust toolchain version: Not Applicable, this is a visual bug in the IDE
• IDE name and version: IntelliJ UE, 2023.3.1
• Operating system: macOS

Problem description

I want to pass pretty long argument lines to the "Command" portion of my Cargo run configuration. When I craft the CLI and paste it into the box, the little button allowing me to expand it goes away.

Steps to reproduce

1. Copy a long line of text, for instance from https://www.lipsum.com
2. Open any Cargo run configuration:

4. Paste the line. 5. The textbox will have broken, as shown in the picture. It's no longer possible to expand it.
