Create version tag following the traditional v5.0.0 style #264

Latest 2 tags broke our automated update tools.

Could you return to the old style of taggging, including the version with a leading v prefix.

git tag -l

v23.08
v23.11
v3.0.0
...
v4.5.0
v4.6.0
