Terraform configuration for kubectl apply -k

I have CLI command which I would like to move intro terraform configuration

kubectl apply -k "github.com/aws/eks-charts/stable/aws-load-balancer-controller/crds?ref=master"

Can anyone help me with this

My plan is to use terraform-provider-github along with terraform-provider-kubernetes.
The GitHub URL contains two manifest files which rely on each other.

• Download manifest files using terraform-provider-github
• Create resources for manifest files using kubernetes_manifest resource of terraform-provider-kubernetes
