[Feature Request] Ability to turn on/off the feature altogether in a single click

I use the extension named Unhook as a "control panel" for Youtube. It allows me to turn off the feature on/off in one click which is very convenient at times.

We've already done this for the next extension we're working on (Control Panel for YouTube) - will be easy to port it over to Control Panel for Twitter
