During import/corpus creation, log messages from the respective Pepper modules are lost on Atomic.

To alleviate this situation, it should be possible to hook up Atomic's log4j2 with Pepper's SLF4J, so that log4j2 can catch all SLF4J logged messages and put them through to the UI.
