DataGrid Webpage: Unable to scroll to bottom of the Tertiary Nav

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
On the DataGrid documentation page, the user is unable to access the bottom of the right-side Tertiary Nav list items.
Happens on both the Web Components and Enterprise pages.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://design.infor.com/components/components/data-grid/web-components/'
2. Scroll down to to the bottom of the page
3. The user is unable to access the last few menu links in the list and/or the "Back to top" button.

Expected behavior
User will be able scroll through the menu to access all menu list items and the Back to top button the same as the other pages.
